Lizandra is an experienced integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. She has worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist within education and the charitable mental health sector, which has enabled her to work both short term and long term with clients from varied backgrounds and ethnicities.

As an integrative relational practitioner she is able to create an individual non-judgemental approach to therapy based on the needs of her clients’ to enhance their potential to learn, grow and develop. She is trained in a number of theoretical approaches and techniques, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
In addition to private practice she continues to work as a counsellor and psychotherapist in the Hertfordshire area.
She is trained to Master’s level from the University of Roehampton, is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS). She regularly attends clinical supervision and continual professional development workshops for further training and development.
She is available for daytime, evening and Saturday morning appointments.
